Link retargeting is when you add your retargeting pixel code – whether its, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., inside of a short link so that anyone that clicks on the link is added to your retargeting pixel. Retargeting allows you to pixel people that are going from your blog or social post to someone else’s site. It’s perfectly legal and allowable.
